Introduction
Welcome to www.gloryfastboats.com (the “Website”), operated by Glory Fast Boats. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Website and services, which include comparing prices and schedules for ferry journeys and facilitating bookings with third-party ferry operators (“Operators”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Operator’s terms, which are provided before booking completion.
We act as an intermediary, connecting you with Operators who provide the ferry services. These terms apply to all bookings made through our Website or customer service channels. We may update these Terms & Conditions, but changes will not affect existing bookings.
1. Booking Process
When you book through our Website, you enter into a contract with both Glory Fast Boats (for our services) and the Operator (for the ferry journey). The person making the booking must:
- Be authorized to book on behalf of all passengers (“Customers”).
- Provide accurate and complete information, including names, passport details, and contact information.
- Safeguard personal information, such as passwords and payment details.
Operator Terms, provided during booking, take precedence over these Terms & Conditions in case of conflict. You are responsible for reviewing the Operator Terms.
2. Fares and Availability
Fares depend on passenger numbers, routes, travel dates, times, and class. Promotional fares may have restrictions, such as non-refunded unused portions or additional charges for non-compliance with specified schedules. We may adjust fares until a booking is confirmed due to factors like currency fluctuations or Operator changes.
Passenger space and onboard accommodations are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for non-standard items (e.g., surfboards, diving equipment, kayaks).
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a credit account is established. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select online banking options (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact). A 2% surcharge applies to corporate/commercial cards and non-EEA consumer credit cards.
Upon payment, we issue a confirmation email with booking details. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, contact us at booking@gloryfastboats.com. The contract is formed upon confirmation, and an e-ticket will be issued by us or the Operator.
4. Cancellations
If your ticket allows cancellation, you may cancel at least 48 hours before the departure date and time (for return trips, 48 hours before the outbound departure). A $10 USD cancellation fee applies, and card surcharges or deposits are non-refunded. Promotional or special offer tickets may be non-refunded—check terms at booking.
5. Amendments
Amendments are subject to Operator approval and may incur fees:
- $10 for bookings valued under $100.
- $25 for bookings valued over $100.
- Any fare difference between the original and new booking.
Promotional or special fares may not be amended—verify at booking.
6. Check-In and Travel Documents
Check-in times are specified during booking and on your confirmation. Late check-in may result in denied boarding, especially for passengers with special requirements (e.g., disabilities, animals, hazardous materials). Ensure passenger names on tickets match passport names, and notify us of name changes at booking@gloryfastboats.com.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents for entry and re-entry to relevant countries. Operators may refuse boarding without proper documentation.
7. Schedules and Disruptions
Departure and arrival times are estimates provided by Operators and subject to change due to weather, tidal conditions, or operational needs. Check with the Operator before travel. We are not liable for costs or inconvenience caused by disruptions, but we’ll attempt to notify you using provided contact details. Operator Terms govern liability for such events.
8. Special Requirements
Disabilities: Not all Operators accommodate passengers with disabilities. Confirm availability at booking.
Animals: Notify us before booking if traveling with animals. Carriage is subject to Operator approval, legal requirements, and possible fees.
Hazardous Materials: Dangerous or hazardous materials are generally not permitted. Written Operator permission may be required, with additional charges or conditions. Undeclared hazardous materials may result in refused carriage without refund.
9. Hotel Pickup and Drop-Off
Free hotel pickup and drop-off, if offered, is provided by the Operator, not Glory Fast Boats, and is subject to availability and Operator terms. This service is not included in our prices, and we are not liable for delays or issues.
10. Your Responsibilities
You must comply with these Terms & Conditions, Operator Terms, and applicable laws. You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring all Customers meet travel requirements.
11. Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
- Selecting and monitoring Operators.
- Providing accurate information on our Website.
We are not responsible for:
- Ferry services, which are the Operator’s responsibility.
- Information published by Operators or third parties.
- Issues arising from arrangements not brokered by us, unless required by law.
12. Liability
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or for losses that cannot be excluded by law. For other losses, our liability is limited to twice the booking amount paid by the relevant Customer, arising directly from our breach of duty or these Terms & Conditions.
Operator liability for sea transportation is governed by international treaties, such as the Athens Convention, which may limit or exclude liability. We are not liable for Operator services or disruptions beyond our control.
13. Force Majeure
If an unavoidable event (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) significantly impacts your booked travel, either you or we may terminate the contract without liability, subject to Operator Terms.

For complaints, contact us promptly at complaints@gloryfastboats.com. We’ll address your concerns in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
